The Sub Rosa Collection

For many years my dad have been painting roses that I wonder why as a child: isn't there anything else to draw out there? Until I found this book, which is of course his, and I kid you not: it's in the genes. I got obsessed by their lines and colours from the very first page.

Sub Rosa is a latin phrase means "under the rose"and it's an indication for secrecy. Intrigued by the idea of how we as human having the tendency to abuse the idea of beauty for the sake of camouflaging our flaw. Which maybe isn't in the first place.

The Sub Rosa collection is a range of 40x40 cm cushion cover that is illustrated and printed on 100% of cotton. The back side is made of natural linen. There are 3 designs available: Sub Rosa X, Sub Rosa XX, and Sub Rosa XXX (shouldn't be too difficult to remember, right?)

Priced at IDR 225.000 each (cushion cover only)
